Common pricing questions.
Do I need an account?
Yes. PowerKeys uses accounts for sign-in, marketplace access, and the paid sync and assistant features.
Can I try the AI assistant without paying?
Yes. Every new account gets a one-time batch of assistant requests, enough to build a real script end to end. Pro adds an allowance that refills every month.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Checkout and billing run through Polar, our merchant of record. Subscribe and cancel from your account page here or from Settings in the app, whichever you have to hand; your plan stays active until the period you have paid for ends. Cancelling never requires having PowerKeys installed.
What does Free keep on my PC?
All of it. Macros, keybinds and scripts are stored on the PC that made them, and they keep working offline.
How many AI requests does Pro include?
The current allowance is shown in the app, not fixed in the plan. Model prices move fast, and we would rather raise the allowance when they fall than commit to a number we can only revise downwards.
What happens to my macros if I stop paying?
They keep working. Everything is stored on your PC and runs offline; what a paid plan adds is syncing that library to your other PCs and backing it up. If you subscribe again later, the work you did in between is kept and it is what gets uploaded.
